There are many benefits of gymnastics, both physical and mental. Gymnastics helps to build strength, flexibility, balance and hand-eye coordination while also teaching patience, perseverance and mental toughness. This sport helps kids develop the habit of staying active and how to follow directions in a structured environment. Gymnastics classes are also a great place for kids to make friends and have fun!
