BOYS & GIRLS BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE CLASSES: age groups- 5-6, 6-9, 9+. These classes focus on gymnastic fundamentals, and the development of strength and flexibility. Instruction is on all of the Olympic events and the progressions learned here provide the foundation for all futher gymnastic skills. Emphasis is gradually place on more advanced skills and self motivation. Skills of the young gymnast are developed into sequences; enabling them to begin work on routines.

TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE CLASSES: (age 9 and up recommended) Students in the tumbling class use the spring floor, tumble trak and full trampoline to improve acrobatic skills.
